Competencies: What Women Need to Know for Success

There are millions of books and articles on leadership best practices, and while there is validity to many of these views, how women lead can be very different to that of men.  We offer different views, approaches and practices and some of these give us an advantage in the workplace while others hold us back.  This session will help you start to understand what it takes to succeed and elevate the corporate ladder, elevate your self-awareness of your areas of strength and opportunity, and discuss how to do it all without sacrificing who you are and all that you bring.

7:00 – 8:30PM – Delicious 3-Course Dinner

RSVP: Lonita Judge ([email protected]) to book your seat.  Seating is Limited
